RingTelix v656 FRESH-SERVER CANDIDATE — Debian12 amd64
Not an upgrade. Existing working switches are refused. Do not run install.py on hostkey18483.
Includes current v643 source/schema, DID/CLI200K mapping, per-DID channels/max duration, customer/carrier account CC, IP/domain SIP, inbound forwarding, rate Cost/Intra/Inter and saved Profit, tester lifecycle/lease/stop, live DTMF, current IVR replacement/DTMF, direct media preference and red license expiry notice. System Check UI script/menu removed; installation preflight checks retained.
Empty database: no customer, SIP, rates, wallet, CDR, live license, device identity, saved destinations or customer audio imported. Keys, passwords and registered device identity are generated for the new installation. Owner sets username/password during setup. Signed server-bound license remains required. Central purchaser mapping is not automatically repaired or bypassed.
Prerequisites: clean Debian12 amd64 with a public IP and working DNS A record to it, TCP80/443 and appropriate SIP/RTP access. Existing SSH policy is retained. Run python3 -B install.py --check, then sudo python3 -B install.py interactively on an isolated clean VM first. Domain/DNS/HTTPS are part of setup. Installer uses online APT/PyPI; not an offline appliance.
Tester STT is retained with its pinned separate requirements and model files by the source-host finalizer. General speech STT/TTS services and rights/source compliance are not certified by this candidate; do not infer that every installed host package or model is a cleared redistributable artifact.
Validation: local source/template/UI tests only initially; finalizer additionally runs Kamailio parser and empty schema/bootstrap in an auto-removed separate database. Neither proves a clean installation or two-way live audio/billing.
Before production: clean install, BIOS/UEFI boot, reboot, DNS/SSL retry/renewal, admin setup, license activation/expiry, IP/domain REGISTER, caller/callee BYE/audio, DID Internal/External and two-leg CDR, tester expiry/stop, bulk imports and limits, rate billing and concurrency/load; isolated restore test and release rights/source review remain pending.
ISO build kit is a builder, not a bootable ISO. ISO output is explicitly candidate and is not advertised or automatically published.
